The dates for the Social Justice Camp are planned for the last week in June, Monday the 24th through Friday the 28th, in the afternoons for ages 6-11. Older youth who are interested in serving as assistants at the camp are invited to discuss opportunities with Heather McRae-Woolf. The theme for the camp is “Trees and You,” an exploration of the life and gifts of trees in our environment and for us as human beings. We are interested in sharing the wondrous, mysterious experience of our forest neighbors and the role they play in making our world habitable. Through art, storytelling, movement and with contributions from a variety of teachers from the community, we hope to shape a daily creative and special relationship with one another and our natural world.
